Secondo i dati del Fondo Monetario Internazionale, a livello mondiale la crescita si è stabilizzata al +3,4%. Questa percentuale rappresenta la media ponderata per cui ci sono Paesi che sono cresciuti di più ed altri di meno, ma il risultato è il medesimo: siamo in presenza di una crescita flat.
Ma per le imprese, come ci ricordano molti studiosi di economia aziendale e management è esiziale crescere; crea tensioni positive, spinge a liberare energia e tende a generare un impegno diffuso. Sono tutti aspetti che vanno sapientemente gestiti onde evitare una loro sbagliata canalizzazione. e poter generare un clima organizzativo positivo.
E questo è il paradosso crescere in un mondo che non cresce.
